Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients


2 tbsp EVOO or coconut oil

1 pack boneless chicken thighs ( 6-7 thighs) 1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp ginger, minced

1 cup basil

2 red chilis, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp dried Peachy herbs

1 tsp honey or date syrup or brown sugar

1 bunch green onions cut 2-3 inches long


Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet, add garlic, ginger and chicken.

Cook until chicken is brownish about 5-7 minutes,

Add mushrooms and chilis, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dried herbs and honey. Blend and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add basil and green onions, cook until wilted.

Serve on top of steamed brown or black rice.
