Health benefits of MUSHROOMS
Mushrooms are a superfood, and one of the most health-promoting foods on the planet; they have a potentially positive effect on health beyond basic nutrition and can be useful in preventing and treating serious health conditions — and in improving overall health due to its Ergothioneine content, a sulphur containing protein, an anti oxidant that protects the red blood cells and can enter the cells to help detoxify accumulated toxins.
