Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1⁄2 cup oat bran
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 15 oz can cooked black beans, navy bean or garbanzo beans, mashed
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1⁄2 cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Peachy’s dried herb mix
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into 2 inch ball. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown.
Makes approximately 24 meatballs.
