Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 lb beef cut in bite size cubes ( sometime available already cubed at Kroger) 2 tsp minced garlic
1 lbsp EVOO
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, dived
2-3 stalks celery, diced
2 large potatoes, cut in cubes
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes ( or 2-3 fresh tomatoes, diced) 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp dried Peachy herbs
1⁄4 c flour
Optional: 2 tbsp capers, 1⁄2 c olives, 1⁄2 red wine
Directions:
Add oil to crock pot, add meat, and all ingredients, cook on high for 4 hours. (if leaving for longer, about 6-8 hours, turn on ‘low’
